Who is the app for?
This app is for anyone in the Reconditioning Industry. This app does not have any collision or oem maintenance for automotive professionals.
What Service Modules do you have in the app?
We offer the following configurable services: PDR / HAIL / DENT, R&R / R&I, PARTS, PAINT & BODY, WHEELS, GLASS, INTERIOR, DETAIL, MISCELLANEOUS (for custom needs). Note* with the desktop plan these are customizable in the app and can be customized per customer.
What is your pricing like?
We take a very simplistic approach. It is $39.99 for a mobile application, $69.99 for desktop application (includes a mobile license) and enterprise solutions should inquire with us. See our “Pricing” section for more detail. We are a month to month subscription for mobile users?
What devices does this app work on?
The app will work on any mobile or tablet that has an internet connection and can download our app from the Apple Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android).
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial. Download our app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Click the Sign Up link and register for an account. No credit card is required and no contractual obligation to continue. After 7 days, the app will lock and you can reactivate the app and all features by activating a subscription by entering a credit card in the subscription section under MY ACCOUNT in the mobile app. Have any issues, contact us?
Does each technician need to have a mobile license?
Yes, the active license allows another tech, manager or admin to find them in the mobile app and assign work to the other tech.
Can you track technician pay?
Yes, you can track commissions for a technician with a desktop license. See our pricing section for more information.
Can I manage my users/techs who have access to the app?
Yes, on the TECHNICIAN section of the app, you are able to activate or inactivate users easily. You have total control of who has access to your account and data. No need to rely on a company to make quick changes, but in case you need help…we are always here.
What kind of Support do you offer?
We have frequently asked questions & how-to videos hosted in the app for quick reference that everyone has access to. We also have a support section where anyone can submit a ticket and contact Vehicle Hub Support. We provide ourselves on answering all inquiries. Our core values are to listen, understand and find a way to help our clients wether assisting with an issue or working through processes that help them succeed!
